Batch label printing
Shipping, inventory, price tags, and samples often need many labels with different field values in one run. With Luck label software / LuckDesign, batch label printing keeps one template and drives variables from rows of data—what teams also call batch mail-merge labels or simply batch printing for labels.

Vs printing one label at a time
- Data-driven: names, barcodes, and lots come from sheets or business tables—fewer hand-typed mistakes.
- Many labels per job: continuous output from selected rows or query results for outbound, stocktake, and order sets.
- One template: size and symbology stay in LuckDesign; update the table when data changes.
Common data paths
- Excel / spreadsheets: pick a local xlsx (and similar), select rows, mail-merge—see Excel label printing software.

- Lists and other entry points: cloud list print, product catalogs, and similar can also drive batch jobs (per version and permissions).
