About us

Luck label software centers on LuckDesign and LuckNext, covering design, data, and printing for barcodes, QR codes, and other label elements – working with cloud and enterprise data sources to serve manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, and FMCG barcode and traceability labeling needs.

What we do

LuckDesign supports online design in the browser with the same experience as the Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android apps; local printing and drivers use the installed LuckDesign client.

The Luck label software family also includes accounts and collaboration, intranet deployment, LuckNext, enterprise data connectivity, and developer tools – customers can adopt in phases instead of taking on everything at once.

Customer value

From shop-floor print testing to HQ governance – less waste, unified templates, connected data.

  • Fewer bad labels and rework: preview, accuracy, and data-linked printing cut print testing cost.
  • Central template governance: cloud spaces and permissions help HQ standardize while branches and front lines execute fast.
  • Business data integration: Excel, databases, and APIs reduce manual re-entry.
  • Flexible deployment: desktop, intranet, cloud, and hybrid – scoped per project.

Product map

Intranet offline design

Requires intranet activation; lightweight designer entry points in the private network.

Local printing and template APIs, unified print output (deployment shapes vary by project).

LuckData (on-prem data service)

Runs inside your network; data processing stays local while the cloud may store connection metadata – different from the component itself.

LuckCert / Luck SDK

Versions, permissions, and boundaries

Some cloud web features (e.g. Excel smart template printing, scan-to-print, list printing) unlock with Enterprise and LuckNext tiers; sub-accounts need resources such as template printing. Intranet offline design requires activation and is not feature-parity with public cloud. With LuckData, the on-prem data service and connection configuration you maintain in cloud are different layers – clarify both in selection and implementation. Scope and pricing follow contract and delivery.
